Our luxury garden rooms are perfect for those who want to create a space that’s truly worth showing off, whether you intend on lounging, entertaining, getting creative or kick-starting that business venture you’ve always dreamt of.
Our luxury garden rooms are a lot larger than our studio’s, generally around 8m in length. Because of the additional space, they can easily be used for lots of different purposes, such as for gyms, home cinemas, children’s play rooms and creative studios.
As with every garden room installation, every detail can be customised, from the overall size, to the cladding, to the windows, to the colour of the locks! We’ll work with you, to bring your vision to life.

FAQ’s about our luxury garden rooms
Do I need planning permission for a luxury garden room?
Our luxury garden rooms generally don’t require planning permission, no. We build the majority of our garden rooms with a height of 2.5 metres, so these are classed as ‘permitted development’ and will not require planning permission.
I would like a gym with treadmill and cross trainer - will there be enough internal height?
Yes, we can achieve an internal height of 2.2metres and also install roof lights for additional head height.
I would like to install a snooker table or hot tub? Is this possible?
Yes, no problem. We can ensure that the floor panels can take the additional weight.
I am considering a green 'living' roof for my garden room is this okay?
Yes – we can build the roof in order to take the additional weight of a sedum roof.
